Chocolate magic custard cake is a cake which separates itself into 3 layers: a firm base, a soft and creamy center and a fluffy top layer.
For good results, it is important to bake this cake at low temperature (160-180º C) and follow exactly the recipe.
If you haven’t already tried this gorgeous Chocolate magic custard cake, it is time! I’m sure it will become your ultimate sweet treat on any occasion.
The annoying part of this recipe is that you must let the cake completely cool before cutting into pieces, even keep it in the fridge over night. But that’s important only if you want to cut nicely. If not, just wait a few minutes after taking the cake out from the oven, grab a fork and enjoy! Even warm, this Chocolate magic custard cake is absolutely delicious.
