Greek lemon potatoes

Very soft and tender on the inside but a little crispy on the outside, full of Mediterranean flavors, these Greek lemon potatoes are the best roasted potatoes. And you have to trust me because I’ve tested many recipes! :).
But why are these Greek lemon potatoes so incredibly delicious? Because they are soaked into a delicious sauce, like a marinade, and baked to perfection. The sauce is made from lemon juice, olive oil and water and seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and dried oregano. It’s a symphony of flavors!
The Greek lemon potatoes are absolutely delicious and flavorful but I have to tell you that they need more salt than other roasted potatoes. The salt counterbalance the sourish taste of lemons. So, if you taste the potatoes and you think they are too sour, just sprinkle some salt and you’ll see how delicious these Greek potatoes can be čÖé
You may serve these Greek lemon potatoes along with grilled or roasted meats or with meatballs. I recommend you roasted chicken with white wine and garlic, Keftedes – Greek meatballs, Bifteki – Greek patties, Chicken and zucchini meatballs.
