Spice-crusted pork loin roast

Juicy and very tender, packed with flavor an incredible easy to make, this spice-crusted pork loin roast became our family favorite. I have already made this recipe twice and my husband asked me to prepare this recipe every weekend :). This pork roast is very easy to prepare even if you have to prepare a large amount. You may use your favorite spices. First time I used red pepper which was a little sweet and incredible flavored. Second time I didn’t find red pepper and I used green pepper.
