My dad has a different recipe for the noodle pudding. He makes a savory-sweet pudding with feta cheese, eggs and sugar, very tasty and comforting. It was my favorite dish when I was little :).
I changed the recipe a little bit because my kids don’t like the savory-sweet combo, they prefer sweet, as sweet as possible. So I use yogurt but I think milk would work as well.
You can also add dried fruits or canned fruits like pineapple, apricots, peaches or cherries.
You may serve this delicious yogurt noodle pudding with a dust of ground cinnamon and powdered sugar. Also it goes great with chocolate or caramel sauce.
