To make this delicious breakfast pasta bake you need your favorite pasta, feta cheese, a little sour cream, ham and eggs. If you love veggies, you can add some colorful, healthy and yummy ingredients. Spinach would be a great choice but you can also add red bell pepper, mushrooms, olives, spring onions or any other veggies you like.

Ingredients for Feta cheese and ham pasta bake
(I used a 25/35 cm – 9.84/13.7 inches baking pan)- 400gr (14.1 oz) pasta
– 250gr (8.8 oz) ham, diced
– 300gr (10.6 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
– 5 eggs
– 250gr (8.8 oz) sour cream
– salt and pepper to taste
To coat the baking pan: Butter and breadcrumbs

How to make feta cheese and ham pasta bake
You should start by cooking the noodles. Just follow the instructions from the package. Drain, rinse with cold water and let sit into the strainer while preparing the remaining ingredients.
Place the eggs into a bowl and mix until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper, then add the sour cream and mix to combine. Stir in the feta cheese (crumbled) and the ham (diced). Then stir in the noodles (cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained).
Transfer the mixture to the baking pan (buttered and coated with breadcrumbs).
Place the baking pan into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
Serve this delicious feta cheese and ham pasta bake warm or cold, as it is or drizzled with ketchup.
