    Beetroot soup is one of my favorite soups. It’s thick, rich, a little sweet and packed with flavor. Although I really love beetroot, when I make a soup, I prefer to combine beetroot with other veggies. The reason is that I can get a much more creamy texture.     Soft, fluffy, very tasty and flavorful, these feta cheese and onion bagels make the perfect choice for breakfast or for a quick afternoon snack. These bagels are also easy to make.     This TV cake, also known as Budapest cake, is a famous Romanian cake. I don’t know where the name comes from because it doesn’t look like a TV, but I can tell you for sure that it’s an absolutely delicious cake. TV cake is also very easy to prepare with a handful of ingredients. It’s made from plain sponge cake,  thin cocoa cake sheets and vanilla cream and topped with a delicious sticky cocoa glaze.     Soft, flaky and incredibly easy to make, this chocolate sponge cake is every chocolate lover’s dream. All you need is these 4 ingredients: eggs, flour, sugar and cocoa.
