    This TV cake, also known as Budapest cake, is a famous Romanian cake. I don’t know where the name comes from because it doesn’t look like a TV, but I can tell you for sure that it’s an absolutely delicious cake.     Diplomat cake

    No bake, very easy to make and absolutely delicious, Diplomat cake is the most popular cake in Romania. It’s a wonderful combination of vanilla cream, whipped cream, fruits, and ladyfingers.To prepare this cake I used a 25cm diameter pot. I made an upside down cake.
