    Do you like couscous? I love it! It’s easy to cook, very tasty and versatile. You can use couscous in soups, in stews, but I prefer to use it in salads.     Broccoli and ham salad

    Very tasty and nourishing, this broccoli and ham salad makes a great make-ahead entrée. It’s also a good choice for a quick lunch or dinner. It’ an easy to make salad, with only a handful of  ingredients. Yet you have to pay attention to not overcook the broccoli. Broccoli needs to be cooked only for 3-4 minutes.
